How it works

1. Tell us what you're after

Fill in the form or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the model, size, colourway, the condition you'll accept, your timeframe and, if you like, your budget. The more specific, the better.

2. We track it down

We activate our network of trusted suppliers and contacts. We send you a proposal with a fixed price, the condition of the piece and an estimated timeframe. No obligation: we only go ahead if you accept it.

3. We verify its authenticity

Before it reaches you, the piece goes through our expert verification: provenance, materials, labels and, for watches, reference, serial number and documentation.

4. We deliver it

We ship it with tracking or, if it's a watch, insured and hand-delivered against signature. If you're in Barcelona, we can arrange to hand it over in person.

What we can source

• Sold-out sneakers: SNKRS releases, past editions and grails.
• Collaborations: Travis Scott, Nigel Sylvester, Bad Bunny and any collab you have in mind.
• Hard-to-find sizes: very small, very large and the half sizes that are never left.
• Limited streetwear: drops from brands such as Denim Tears, Corteiz or Fear of God, and exclusive capsules.
• Luxury watches with waiting lists: Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and other manufactures. Price on request. If it exists, we'll look for it. If we can't get it with full guarantees, we'll tell you.

Absolute confidentiality

Your order is private. We don't share what you're looking for, what you pay or who you are. We work discreetly, shipping included: it goes out in unbranded packaging. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How much does the service cost?

We give you a fixed final price for the piece, with our service already included. Requesting a quote is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

How long does a private order take?

It depends on the piece. Sneakers and streetwear usually take 7 to 14 working days. Highly sought-after watches can take longer. We always give you an estimated timeframe before we start.

Do I have to pay upfront?

Not to request a quote. When you accept the proposal, we send you a secure payment link. For high-value pieces, we can agree with you how payment is handled.

What if you can't get it in the end?

You pay nothing. If you've already paid, we refund you in full.

Can I return a private order?
